Bollywood’s pretty lass Preity Zinta, who has not been in news for quite sometime now, received the Smita Patil Memorial Award at the Priyadarshini Academy Awards ceremony on Friday in Mumbai.
The actress was honoured for her distinguished contribution to the Indian film industry. The Priyadarshini Academy, which is involved in various socio-cultural and educational activities, has been honouring both national and international achievers for years now.
Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, was the Chief Guest for the Awards Function. Preity ZINTA, who is now one of the most renowned actresses in the industry, won accolades for her exemplary performance and histrionic talent.
